The Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) is a unique number assigned by the Assessor to each parcel of land in Carson City. Generally, when a parcel map is recorded at the Carson City Recorders office, the turn around time for the completed map to be updated on our website is approximately 10 to 12 business days.
