Our staff will strive to review and approve your limited-scope project.  In order for the applicant to take full advantage of this service a complete plan submittal is required.

Hours of Operation   8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday

Simple, limited-scope projects (not on well or septic or in a flood zone) may include:

• Residential Carports
• Residential Patio Covers
• Mobile Home Replacements
• Minor Fire Damage Repairs
• Decks/Porches
• Minor Single Family Remodels
• Residential Storage Sheds/Garages
• Interior Demolitions (Under 160 Square Feet)
• Residential Fuel Tank Removal/Abandonment
