CITIZEN COMMENTS
Members of the public who wish to address the Open Space Advisory Committee may come forward and speak on matters related to the Committee. Comments may be limited to three minutes per person or topic. If your item requires extended discussion or action, please request the Chairperson to schedule the matter for a future meeting. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.

A. For Possible Action: To recommend to the Board of Supervisors to authorize staff to proceed with a program towards the acquisition, through donations, of water rights in the vicinity of Mexican Ditch and the Hidden Meadow Planned Unit Development. (Bruce Scott / Juan F. Guzman)

B. For Possible Action: To recommend to the Board of Supervisors the fee title acquisition of a 20.25 acre parcel owned by the Joost Land and Cattle Company located in the vicinity of Ash Canyon, APN 7-101-55. (Juan F. Guzman)
