The County Clerk is responsible for the administration of all elections and the registration of eligible electors within Carson City. He is responsible for informing the public, candidates, and elected officials of election laws and procedures for petition filing, candidate filing, voting, and registration. In accordance with state and federal laws, the Department is the custodian of all county registration records, election records and candidate filings. The Elections Office is located on the first floor of the Carson City Courthouse, 885 East Musser Street, Suite 1025, Carson City, Nevada 89701.
The office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.
