The County Clerk is responsible for the administration of all elections and the registration of eligible electors within Carson City. He is responsible for informing the public, candidates, and elected officials of election laws and procedures for petition filing, candidate filing, voting, and registration. In accordance with state and federal laws, the Department is the custodian of all county registration records, election records and candidate filings. The Elections Office is located on the first floor of the Carson City Courthouse, 885 East Musser Street, Suite 1025, Carson City, Nevada 89701.
The office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

SAMPLE BALLOT- Registered Voters in Carson City.
A Sample Ballot will be mailed to each active Registered Voter October 14. To expedite voting, be sure to bring your sample ballot when you appear to vote.
Early Voting begins Saturday, October 18 at the County Courthouse (until October 31). See your sample ballot for the days and times or review the Early Voting link below.
All voters who wish to vote on Election Day will vote at the Community Center, see your sample ballot for further information.
