enhance the quality of life in Carson City, while preserving our natural resources for

    In October 2018, Carson City became the 76th Bee City USA affiliate in the nation, and the first in the state – setting an example for the rest of Nevada to choose to promote pollinator populations too.

Tahoe Bike Path Public Meetings

Planners for the Lake Tahoe Stateline-to-Stateline Bikeway are asking for public input on a Feasibility Study for the project.  Two public meetings will be held so interested community members may review opportunities and constraints for the 30-mile bikeway along the east shore of Lake Tahoe.  Ideas and comments from the public are encouraged regarding proposed alignments for the bikeway.
