The Carson City Permit Center encourages all applicants to submit their planning and zoning applications through the online permit center at permitcenter.carson.org. To submit your application online, you will need to create an account at the online permit center the first time you use the service. On the main page of the online permit center website, click on the “Login or Register” tile to create a new account. Once you’ve registered, go to the Home screen from the top menu bar and click on the “Apply” tile. Then click on the Business Licenses tab, and scroll down to select the type of Business License for which you are applying and click on that “Apply” button. The website will guide you through the process.
