TROUBLESHOOTING:Internet Explorer version 10 or higher is the preferred web browser to use. If the Juror Questionnaire web page isn't loading correctly, you received an error, or you are experiencing trouble signing in, please use Internet Explorer for your web browser and/or try clearing your internet cookies, cache, and history. You may also need to update your internet browser in order to complete your questionnaire online.
Locating your Juror ID:
Your Juror ID number is located in the Juror Information box on the top right corner of your Summons. You do not need to enter the preceding zeros. The Zip Code you enter must be the same as the Zip Code on your Summons.
Notifications from the Court:
Service date and time, requests to be excused, deferred, or disqualified, and reminder notices are sent via email, text, or telephone. Please make sure the contact information you provide is correct to ensure you receive important notifications from the Court.
Requests for excusal, deferral, or disqualification:
Requests may be made during or after completion of your questionnaire. All requests MUST be made at least five (5) business days BEFORE your report date. Once you have confirmed your service, you can check the status of your reporting date and time by logging in to Juror Questionnaire and clicking on the “Profile” tab.
Confirming your status:
Log in to Juror Questionnaire and click on the “Profile” tab or you can call the automated jury line at (775) 600-4420, after 5:00 p.m. on the business day prior to your report date.
If you are experiencing difficulty and/or are unable to complete your questionnaire online, please call the Court Clerk’s Office listed on your summons, for assistance.
