ADM-19-140 For Possible Action: Discussion and possible action regarding an Administrative Permit application to allow for a detached accessory structure that exceeds 50 percent of the size of the primary structure on property zoned Single Family 2 Acre, located at 4000 Hobart Road, APN 007-151-19. Summary: The applicant is requesting to construct a 2,184 square foot detached garage/shop building which will be approximately 73% of the size of the primary structure. An Administrative Permit is required for the square footage of accessory structures to exceed 50% but not more than 75% of the size of the main structure.
