You are hereby notified that the item listed below will be considered by the Carson City Administrative Hearing Examiner on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2020, at 2:30 PM in Conference Room “A” of the Carson City Community Development office, 108 E. 2019-00000140 For Possible Action: Discussion and possible action regarding an Administrative Permit application to allow for a detached accessory structure that exceeds 50 percent of the size of the primary structure on property zoned Single Family 2 Acre, located at 4000 Hobart Road, APN 007-151-19. (Heather Ferris, hferris@carson.org)

Summary: The applicant is requesting to construct a 2,184 square foot detached garage/shop building which will be approximately 73% of the size of the primary structure. An Administrative Permit is required for the square footage of accessory structures to exceed 50% but not more than 75% of the size of the main structure. This item is continued from the meeting of September 25, 2019.
