F-1 HRC-14-145 For Possible Action: To approve a request from Richard Wipfli (property owner: Marilyn Harper, Trustee for Pruett Family Trust) to replace nine single pane windows with nine new double pane windows on property zoned Residential Office (RO), located at 403 N. Nevada Street, APN 003-225-04. (Susan Dorr Pansky)
Staff Summary: This request is to replace nine single pane wood windows with nine new double pane wood windows clad in aluminum. The replacement windows are proposed to have grids that will match what is on the current windows.
F-2 HRC-14-142 For Possible Action: To approve a request from Philip Hersey to install roof-mounted solar panels on property zoned Single Family 6,000 (SF6), located at 700 W. Telegraph Street, APN 003-244-02. (Susan Dorr Pansky) LATE INFO
Staff Summary: This is a request for the installation of a solar electric array approximately 10.25 feet by 27.3 feet on the southernmost roof closest to W. Telegraph Street and facing Mountain Street.

I. Action on Adjournment
** PUBLIC COMMENT: The Commission will provide at least two public comment periods in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Open Meeting Law prior to adjournment. In addition, it is Carson City’s aspirational goal to also provide for item-specific public comment as follows: In order for members of the public to participate in the public body’s consideration of an agenda item, the public is strongly encouraged to comment on an agenda item when called for by the Chair during the item itself. No action may be taken on a matter raised under public comment unless the item has been specifically included on the agenda as an item upon which action may be taken. Comments may be limited to three minutes per person or topic at the discretion of the Chair in order to facilitate the meeting
